The Tyler Bicycle Club, in conjunction with the city of Tyler, is planning to build a mountain bike trail in Faulkner Park. We are in the planning stage now. We are going to have a professional trail building crew design and mark the trail this winter. We want to use professionals to design a trail that will be low maintenance with a very minimum of erosion issues. We can then start cutting trail. We are seeking donations to get the trail designed and marked. We expect this will cost about $7000. We believe we can get approximately 5 miles of trail. This project will benefit Tyler Bicycle club members as well as all citizens of Tyler. Please donate to this worthwhile project. Contributions should be made out to the Tyler Bicycle Club.
